Research projects undertaken have varied in nature including; Usage and Attitudes studies, Brand Health Tracking, Customer Satisfaction and Event Profiling. We have also spent time testing software and other tools in-situ within a range of hotels for instance, and have developed an in-depth understanding of both the leisure and hospitality industries including hotels, gyms, spas and holiday parks.
