New Year Promotion News! Rachel Hancock is promoted to Associate Director

We are delighted to begin the new year with some great promotion news. Rachel Hancock has been promoted to Associate Director following an outstanding year as a Senior Research Manager.
Rachel joined DJS Research in 2019 as part of team Cloud, following a client side role for a leading off-grid energy supplier and prior to that working for a specialist oil and gas consultancy. She has extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and has a strong background in market sizing and desk research.
Rachel is huge asset to DJS Research and as well as her research expertise she is also involved with our Employee Voice council (EO Voice) representing her team at regular EO Voice meetings.
Research Director, James Hinde said of Rachel’s promotion:
"Rachel is a key figure in Cloud, a hardworking team player liked by all across the business. Over the past two years she has made real strides in her ability to manage complex projects, her commercial and strategic understanding and in business development and has been instrumental in developing a number of new clients."
In 2022 DJS Research celebrated 14 promotions, including most recently, Rachel Bond to Senior Research Manager and Alex Scaife to Research Executive.
Rachel Bond joined us just over a year ago, bringing her excellent organisational, PM skills and some great international qual experience.
Since joining DJS, she has built on this further and expanded her experience into different sectors and to quant. She has worked on some large, complex projects and has really proven herself as an efficient, capable and effective project manager. Senior Research Manager Kelly Neild said of the promotion:
"Rachel is really hardworking, supportive, a pleasure to work with, and a real asset to both team Cloud and DJS!"
Alex Scaife joined the company on a work experience placement two years ago and has since completed our JRE programme. Dan Thompson, Senior Research Executive in Field & Data Services, said of her promotion:
"Alex has been and continues to be a valuable member of the Field and Data services team and the company as a whole. I look forward to her continued progression and development. Congratulations Alex!"
Maya Winter, who worked at DJS Research before taking a career break in 2016 to raise her family, has also changed roles from Project Assistant to Research Manager.
