DJS and CoLab

 

We are delighted to announce that DJS Research has joined fellow leading market research agencies, Verve and Basis, as a new strategic partner of the innovative online community CoLab. DJS Research will play an active role in growing the CoLab membership, drawing on our expertise in quality panel development to recruit authentic and highly engaged respondents.

This new strategic partnership shares the same commitment to quality that underpins our own in-house panel, Opinion Exchange, which now exceeds 20,000 engaged participants. CoLab was formed in response to the growing respondent quality challenges which are plaguing the industry today, from the infiltration of bots and rise in fraudulent activity to disengaged and disconnected audiences. These are issues we have faced head on and navigated successfully throughout our own panel development at DJS Research and we are delighted to be bringing our expertise to the CoLab table.

Respondent authenticity is the cornerstone of Opinion Exchange; many of our panellists are recruited through our own research projects to verify that they are indeed real people, and to ensure respondent quality. Our ongoing community management ensures participants remain engaged and active and the result is a much-valued asset that delivers meaningful research insights for our clients.

With a shared ethos, CoLab adopts a similar respondent-first approach to panel creation with its exclusive membership and invitation only model. Working alongside other audience specialists, including Gen Z financial literacy platform Prograd, DJS Research will support the recruitment of real people, across diverse groups at scale.

This partnership will strengthen and extend our own access to authentic distinct audiences, complementing our existing panel set and providing even more opportunities for our clients. We are proud to be bringing a wealth of experience to the CoLab venture to drive growth and long-term sustainability.
