The Challenge

Insight Sherpas is a customer insight research agency who deliver customer information into businesses in ways that create real impact and growth. Insight Sherpas specialise in bringing findings to life and have a strong background in retail and shopper insight.  However, without a team of interviewers or recruiters, they needed help with their quantitative store exit surveys for their long-standing clients.  DJS Research have been happy to step in and provide a field and tab service for Insight Sherpas on a number of projects over the past few years.

The Approach

The DJS Field and Data Services team have worked on several projects for Insight Sherpas including pre and post exit interviews and in-store interviews at a well-known supermarket chain, and in-store interviews for a traditional British high street department store.  Other projects have included recruitment for qualitative interviews and groups such as a project with kitchen fitters and builders for a DIY chain.  

The Results

DJS Research provides Insight Sherpas with a data file and tabulations for the quantitative research studies and profile information of the recruits for the qualitative studies. Insight Sherpas are able to take these detailed  outputs to create their own reports and conduct out their own analysis with confidence, knowing the data colllection has been conducted by an MRS and data quality assured agency.
