We are equipped with a specialist 55-station international CATI unit, dedicated data processing and analysis and face to face fieldwork teams (including a specialist group of recruiters) and a suite of hardware and software optimised to facilitate fully integrated data collection, including online survey development, CAPI face to face interviewing and telephone market research – the data from all of which can be combined in a matter of minutes.

Our field and data services team is led by Matt Coulling, and includes a full-time research manager, Lyn Allen, who ensures that all our data outputs are suited for use by researchers at the next stage of the process – whether those researchers are DJS staff, members of a client-side research team or working for a third party agency. In addition, both our Field Manager, Anthea Thompson, and our Telephone Unit Manager, Paul Hylands, have more than two decades of experience in their respective industries.
