Face to Face
Market Research

At DJS Research Ltd we have a strong face to face interviewing offer. We have a team of Supervisors based throughout the UK who look after our face to face interviewers (1,000+ interviewers). We are able to utilise a number of face to face research techniques, including:

On-street interviewing
Door to door interviewing
Mystery shopping
Exit surveys
In store interviewing
In home interviewing
Recruitment

All of our interviewers are experienced and trained to industry standards (IQCS).

Generally, we conduct between 300-1,000 interviews on each project. All of our fieldwork is back-checked according to the Market Research Society quality standards. This means, that on every job, we ring back 10% of the sample to check that the interviews were carried out to our strict quality criteria.

In addition, we are also able to conduct international interviews through our network of approved suppliers.
