The company is growing! A warm welcome to all of our new staff

12th October 2021 16:14

Since the start of the year we have welcomed so many new faces to the company, as DJS Research continues to grow across all areas.

As well as various positions within the research team, we’ve also more recently welcomed a HR Assistant to support HR Manager Lucy Pawson, and given a permanent Junior Research Executive role to a bright young researcher who joined us initially on a work placement.

In addition to staff who will work out of our core offices in Stockport and Leeds (on a hybrid basis) we have added to our remote working network, with new positions for employees across many areas of the UK, including regions of Wales, London, Liverpool, Leicestershire and Cumbria.

It has been really great to hear that many of our most recent job candidates and our new starters have cited our new employee-owned status, as a reason for being attracted to the company.

Welcome back to our boomerangs!

We believe it speaks volumes that we have seen a number of staff return to us following ventures elsewhere or career breaks to raise a family. Maya Winter, who worked for the company from 2010 to 2015 as a Research Manager, is now back as a Project Assistant on a part-time basis. We also welcome back AlexandreTatry-Gautier who previously had a role supprtoing the company with business development and is now part of team Rushup as Senior Research Executive.

Speaking about her return to the company, Maya said:

“After a six-year break looking after my young children, it is lovely to be back working at DJS in this support role.  In many respects the company has changed so much, in terms of its growth and operations, however, it still has that familiar friendly and supportive feel to it that it had when it was a much smaller operation.”

.New Starter Who’s Who!
